SHIPPING and IN STORE PICK-UP POLICIES

 

• Paypal, Master, and Visa Cards are accepted for online payment
  
• We accept all methods of payment for onsite shopping
  

 

General Information:

 

• All the sales are final. 
• We only offer domestic  shipping only.
• Shipping/delivery will be vary depends on your location.
• Canada Post will be our courier for online shipping.
  
• Hazardous and flammable will not be shipped.
  

 

In store Orders:

 

• Furniture may take up to one month to be delivered depends on the availability.

 

Online Orders:

 

Shipping & Credit cards payment:

• • An additional 3% will be added to the total amount for Paypal service.
    
  • The shipping cost is free for any order more than $500 and only in Montreal area
    
  • The shipping cost is $15 for any order less than $500 and only in Montreal area
  • Delivery may take up to one week.
  • Furniture may take up to one month to be delivered depends on the availability.
  • For any item(s) out of stock we will issue a refund for the out of stock item(s) and continue to process and ship out the rest of the order.
  • If you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact us via email within a 24 hour period since order placement.
  • If there are any irregularities or issues with your order, please contact us.

 

In store Pick-up:

• • Please wait for confirmation (usually by phone call) before coming to pick up your order
  • We will need to see the confirmation email before we can give you your order
